I doubt it, and really it would be bad if they did since you're not really in a "need to know" position - it's a matter between the offender and Ncsoft.

i dunno about now (or with the ingame reporting system),
but I was scammed and and reported it thru the internet and they replied back saying his account was suspended. |

I think if you send a support ticket online they tell you. In-game reports not of course.

I agree. Ingame reports won't get a response, but if you submit a support ticket, they'll answer you if they take an action on the account.
I had a scammer and his friend try to run a "drop it on the ground while i'm wayyyyyy over here" scam on me once. I played dumb, took lots of screenshots, and zoned out instead of dropping. I sent the screenshots to NCSoft and received a nice e-mail a few days later saying the scammer had been banned. |
